I’m Brittney and I’m the creative mind behind Wren & Raven Botanicals. I started this business on a small, remote island in British Columbia after completing my B.A. in Geography and Environmental Studies in 2014.

Growing up, I spent a lot of time in the expansive Alaskan wilderness and gained a true love and appreciation for all things wild, but specifically gravitated towards flora. 10 years ago, I started working for a sea kayaking outfitter in Glacier Bay National Park & turned my plant passion toward wild, medicinal flora. I spent every spare second scouring the forest floor for plants and record them in my nature journal. I was, and still am, amazed at the number of wild medicinal plants accessible to me.

My aim with this business is to spread the plant love around while helping folks find simple solutions to stubborn skin and achy bodies. I try to approach every product formula with intention by asking questions like, “Where & how can I sustainably harvest this plant?’” and, “How can this product help connect folks to the natural world?” The goal is to make naturally derived self care products accessible to folks whether they live close to nature or in a large city.
